Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is designed to provide our customers with the flexibility to change their plans. We understand that things happen and our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your booking or reservation up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date, free of charge. After 48 hours, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount. If you need to make any changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
